Overall - Supporting Convergint offices nationwide in growing a new offering, Convergint Monitoring, by: • Facilitating collaboration and communication between our local offices and our monitoring partners at Rapid Response. • Outreach and education for General Managers, Account Executives, Service Leaders, and Operations Leaders. • Providing administrative and technical support to Account Executives, Project Managers, and Specialists in the field. • Fostering a culture of monitoring.

• Assist and coordinate activities between Financial Vertical Project Managers, Program Managers, field colleagues, and customers to ensure successful program/project implementation, execution, and close out. • Assist in scheduling and coordinating activities. • Support project managers by providing administrative assistance with paperwork, data entry, customer calls, etc. • Help improve and develop processes to improve customer interaction and project delivery.

• Develop customer relationships, anticipate their needs, and follow-up with customers, as needed. • Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service related to insurance availability, eligibility, coverage, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing. • Maintain office appearance, supplies, and equipment.

Responsibilities included: • Assisting customers with any inquiries, requests, or issues related to their bank account, assisting customers with loan requests, managing overdrawn accounts, opening accounts for new customers, providing customers with basic financial knowledge, and mentoring new Customer Service Representatives. • Followed strict procedures to protect customer information and stay in compliance with all Federal banking laws and regulations. Overall, I provided personal, efficient, and accurate services to Community Bank customers.

• Responsibilities included: assisting faculty and graduate students with research, maintaining laboratory supplies and equipment, and following guidelines for disposal of hazardous unwanted materials. • Experience with: analyzing soil solution samples for cations, anions, dissolved organic carbon, and total nitrogen, enzyme assays, iron and manganese extractions, plating soil solutions, and sampling soil and soil solutions in the field. • Equipment used: inductively coupled plasma unit, DIONEX ICS-1000 ion chromatography system, Shimadzu total organic carbon analyzer equipped with total nitrogen module, Lachat Quickchem flow injection analyzer, and spectrophotometer.
