Responsible for several product categories, including accessories, footwear, sportswear, nightwear, and swimwear. Involved in the full buying process: trend forecasting, design input, sampling / fitting process, supplier communication, price negotiation, and ensuring on-time deliveries.

Supported Senior Buyers across all clothing categories, assisting with the sampling process, order placements, and follow-up on timely warehouse deliveries.

Began as an intern supporting the Area Manager for the Northern and Central Netherlands. After completing the internship, continued as Store Manager for Vero Moda and Vila Clothes in Amersfoort. Responsible for daily store operations, team leadership, staff planning, recruitment, inventory management, visual merchandising, and achieving sales targets—alongside completing final phase of studies.

Conducted a graduation research project on growth strategies for the MOOI Parfumerie franchise within the Dutch cosmetics industry. Successfully completed and defended the thesis, earning a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration. Also supported social media content creation and campaign execution.

Worked part-time alongside my studies in a busy restaurant. Gained valuable experience in customer service, teamwork, and working under pressure.

Younity Media was the publisher of the website Smulweb.com and the cooking magazine Smult. I supported the Senior Sales Managers by preparing client proposals, acquiring new business leads, and reporting advertising performance to existing clients. Additionally assisted the marketing team with creating website content, developing email newsletters, and promoting magazine subscriptions at trade fairs.
