Responsible for maintaining timely and accurate reporting produced within the accounting operations of the company. Key responsibilities include accounts receivable management, client invoicing and payment application, sales tax exemption tracking, customer credit assessment and coordination with outside accountants on monthly close and financial management.

This was a transitional role as WizeHive was acquired by Submittable. Responsible for transitioning government registration (state, local and foreign) and sales tax processes along with customer invoicing and vendor payments to the new team.

Responsibilities included state, local and international departmental registrations and annual filings; sales tax reconciliation and filing, including economic nexus evaluation; oversaw customer invoicing, accounts receivable and revenue reconciliation; accounts payable and banking functions. Managed multiple projects dealing with acquisitions of (2) companies: Bright Funds, Inc and WeHero, LLC, including integration of multi-state employees, corporate locations, sales locations and adding a warehouse. Handled all business insurance including workers' compensation audits. Addressed month-end reporting and bank reconciliations.
