* Laura is an Analyst in the Carbon Trust’s Public Sector team, providing advice and support for the delivery of decentralised energy and carbon management projects for public sector organisations. Four main areas: * Technical, financial and policy analysis and research for the Carbon Trust Decentralised Energy Programme, including developing detailed financial models to assess the viability of district heating networks, technical feasibility and developing a business case for installing solar panels and assessment of different funding and governance options for different forms of renewable energy. * Stakeholder Engagement for potential district heating networks. * Development of Carbon Management Plans, Carbon Footprints and Low Carbon Cities Programmes * Identification of energy saving opportunities through ESOS and Resource Efficient Wales.
