As an HR & Recruitment Coordinator at Amila, I have the privilege of leading the full cycle of the recruitment process for hiring new Amilians. As a member of the Talent & Culture team, I also participate and work on departmental projects to achieve Amilia's growth goals. My main responsibilities are: • Manage the entire recruitment process for new employees; from writing the job posting to offer; • Support and advise managers to anticipate their recruitment needs; • Act as a point of contact and establish a bond of trust with candidates during the selection process in order to provide a positive candidate experience; • Welcome and onboard new employees in order to fully integrate them into their new role; • Promote and be an ambassador of Amilia by participating in recruitment events and maximizing the use of social media; • Establish talent acquisition and retention strategies in order to build and maintain a network of potential candidates; • Stay up to date with new trends and industry best practices.
