Laura Filippi

After a long experience as a lawyer in leading Italian and international law firms (gained between Padua, Milan and London), I joined the legal department of one of the main Italian asset managers, Dea Capital Alternative Funds, where I still work today. Over time, my role within the company has evolved and I moved from the legal department to the investment team. This has allowed me to acquire economic and financial skills that now complement my legal background and enable me to coordinate the investment processes of the funds, as well as the extraordinary transactions involving the portfolio companies (including M&A transactions, bank financing, turnaround processes, etc.).
