* Work under the Department of Education to answer graduate and student questions regarding paying back their student loan. * Deal effectively with inbound and outbound calls and also through written correspondence including e-mail. * Complete administrative duties. * Carefully and astutely negotiating the highest possible payments with the aim of clearing all outstanding monies whilst focusing at all times on Treating Customers Fairly (TCF) principles. * Meet challenging targets on a sustained basis. * Offer support and advice to vulnerable customers

* Answer queries and provide solutions for students and staff during the busy enrolment and registration period at the University. * Use diplomacy and sensitively when talking with stressed and worried students. * Work calm and effectively in an extremely fast pace, high pressured environment – the queue for student services reached up to 70 students. * Produce official university documents for students and staff. * Guide new and prospective students around the campus.

* Provide excellent customer service with a focus on developing long term relationships with customers, as well as an ability to handle complaints tactfully. * Successfully use the IT system for monetary transactions and monitor, order and distribute stock. * Manage the shop alone. * Communicate and engage enthusiastically with children. * Devise marketing scheme to promote the shop. Design, produce and distribute leaflets, help organise catwalk and other promotional opportunities.
