Supported the founder in strategy, operations, and business development initiatives in a fast-growing startup environment. Undertook market research and monitored business development metrics. Provided administrative and organisational support for reports, documents, and meetings.

Supporting the planning and development of utility-scale Wind, Solar PV, and Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) projects across the UK. Contributing to Environmental Impact Assessments (EIAs) and planning applications, ensuring regulatory compliance and environmental best practices. Collaborating with planning consultants, grid specialists, landowners, and technical teams to ensure project milestones and deadlines were met. Maintaining up-to-date project documentation, progress reports, and stakeholder communications to ensure project alignment Managing project timelines, budgets, cash flow forecasting, and risk assessments to support successful project delivery. Planning and participating in public consultation events to meaningfully engage with the public and key stakeholders. Coordinating and contributing to design workshops, facilitating cross-disciplinary collaboration on key project parameters and design decisions.

In this role, I calculated the carbon footprint for the centre’s energy, water, and material usage as well as abated emissions from their solar panels utilising GHG factors. I then presented this to the board of trustees in their monthly meeting. I completed a full report of my carbon footprint analysis and feasibility studies for suggestions to reduce the centre’s emissions further in line with net zero goals.

In this executive committee position, I attended weekly meetings and kept up to date with all social activities. I ensured other executive members had all their required information and materials and communicated important updates to society members. I curated the society's social media pages through posts, stories, and short-form video content. As well as producing infographics to advertise the society's activities and events. I also held the position of Advanced Ballet Choreographer whilst at the society. This position involved choreographing and teaching ballet numbers as well as managing a team of dancers at competitions across the UK.

In this role, I took responsibility for opening and closing the shop, including taking the end-of-day totals and closing the till. I assisted customers on the shop floor by providing product information and addressing any issues or concerns. I packed and processed national and international mail orders, and ensured they were all collected for delivery each day.

In this position, I ran and assisted in the gardening and forest school clubs to help encourage environmental education. I planned and choreographed for the students in the end-of-year showcase, which I also assisted in organising. I assisted teachers during lessons and gave 1-on-1 tutoring for students who required extra help. This also included tutoring students with English as their second language to give extra language support. I also supervised field trips and sports matches helping to maintain student safety.
