* Serve as the primary point of contact between QualChoice and provider network for all ongoing service issues. * Educate providers on QualChoice policies and procedures, servicing, managing, and identifying actual or potential issues that may adversely impact the quality of care and/or service provided. * Recruit and contract health care practitioners and provider groups. * Analyze and monitor provider networks to assess adequacy and decrease out-of-network utilization.

* Provider enrollment and maintenance of all credentialing requirements for insurance payers and government entities, for over one hundred physicians and paramedical staff in twenty-three clinic locations. * On-boarding and exiting of clinic and hospital-based medical providers, including leading new physician orientations. * Enrollment, maintenance, and termination of medical malpractice insurance policies for all employed providers. * Manage malpractice insurance policies to identify and recommend cost reduction opportunities.
