Record daily cash , Update Liquidity workbook and report to Management, Record A/P accruals and revenue accruals, Initiate wire transfers, issue stop pays, Bank liason, Process Corporate payables, Record and send out Corporate OH Allocation, Bank Reconciliations to include ZBA accounts, reconcile and fund accounts with low balances, Write Treasury process for SOX purposes. Participate in external audit requests

Balance Sheet Reconciliations and record adjusting entries, File Sales and Use Tax, Register business with state tax agencies Register for SUTA and Withholding accounts, Intercompany reconciliations, Backup for full process payables and receivables, Record month end journal entries to include amortizations, Assist accounting clerks in resolving various issues.
