As a Corporate Social Responsibility Analyst at OceanPact, I am responsible for designing, managing, and implementing the company’s social impact strategy, with a focus on generating long-term value for both society and the environment. My work involves: - Leading initiatives in Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), Private Social Investment, and Sustainability (ESG/ASG); - Managing and monitoring socio-environmental projects aligned with OceanPact’s mission, values, and priority SDGs; - Coordinating the Corporate Volunteering Program and driving employee engagement in social and environmental causes; - Developing strategic partnerships with NGOs, institutions, and communities to co-create impactful solutions; - Conducting monitoring, evaluation, and reporting of projects and initiatives, including contributions to Sustainability Reports, Global Compact COP, and materiality assessments; - Supporting cross-functional initiatives that integrate social innovation, diversity and inclusion, environmental conservation, and community development. Through this role, I combine strategic planning, project management, and stakeholder engagement to foster positive socio-environmental transformation, strengthening OceanPact’s commitment to sustainable development and the 2030 Agenda.
