- Document Control and Invoicing Process Improvements: making sure every GA related invoices are submitted and processed on time from PR/PO to invoices. - Consumption procurement: making sure all SPX Indonesia hubs are supplied with daily catering and weekly water supplies. - Projects administration: making sure every GA related projects (mostly procurements) are well executed. - Vendor procurement: get informations regarding local vendors available for negotiations. - Vendor management: keeping communications between vendor and company for further collaborations.

Accounting Jobdesc: - Recording and checking of incoming stocks. - Recording and checking of branch store stocks and sales. - Recording and checking of sales and purchasing price history. - Recording and checking of outgoing and returning sales invoices. - General Ledger Recording. - Stock movement recording.
