-Record and maintain reports daily for New and Used vehicles. -Report sales to Ford Canada in accordance with deadlines. -Meet targets set out by management to increase volume of sales and provide administrative support to senior management and executives. -Operated switch board receiving and directing clients to appropriate staff members. -Resolve customers' complaints and concerns effectively. -Licensed New and Used vehicles with Ministry of Transportation prior to delivery to customers. -Process New car deals, making sure programs are claimed and accurate payment is received. -Verify sales documents are complete and accurate.

*Oversee and update all files concerning confidential employee reports and details *Assist employees with employee benefits. *Conduct, train and oversee all health and safety requirements of the company. *Compose and review documents pertaining to HR Department. *Train new employees and complete health and safety training with all employees. *Assist in all recruiting and orientation of new hires. *Communicate information to department managers of any updates to company policies and procedures. * Active member of the Joint Health & Safety Committee. * Maintain e-marketing program by communicating with customers * Update social media and assist with company events, fund raisers, and promoting the company.
