With over 20 years of experience, I began my career managing IT programs for Fortune 20 companies, where I introduced Agile practices and project management tools that boosted efficiency by 30% and helped 90% of projects finish within budget. That foundation taught me discipline and scale – but what excites me most today is applying that knowledge with a startup mindset: fast, lean, and impact-driven.
