- Controlling project related logistics processes (BOM) - Plan, order, control, and coordinate production related materials to guarantee a 100%-uninterruptable supply with required materials to the assembly process - Negotiate and follow up with suppliers on lead-time of delivery and freight to control inventory - Improve delivery performance inbound, inventory turn rates and logistics costs, - Support shipping processes with suppliers, - Preparation of short-term (monthly, weekly and daily) production plans - Participation in the preparation of long-term (annual) and medium term (monthly) capacity plans - Management of orders in order to meet customer deadlines. - Receiving, submitting, checking, modifying, and documenting customer requests for proposals and orders - Delivery planning - Discovery and solution of problems that threaten the fulfillment of customer needs: Pro-active review of the process from order to delivery and development of modification proposals. - Support shipment processes - Support production, maintenance team in problem solving/ debugging activities - Participation in continuous improvement activities - WMS key user - Mentoring trainee colleagues

- Creation and development of the procurement portfolio - Analysis and reduction of procurement risks - Execution of purchases, PO management - Incoming delivery booking - Development and coordination of action plans in order to achieve the goals of the Budget - Managing SAP mater data collection and upload

- Receiving and processing customer orders - Manage customer orders through to full implementation, escalating where necessary to achieve Customer Commitment Date - Provide order portfolio status updates to European Sales Offices - Preparation and elaboration of all needed documents for shipments in time and in correct form, especially for non EU countries. - Prompt and accurate communication of delivery scheduling with partners

Logistics and Finance associate - MRO purchasing & administration - raw material related administration - stock & inventory booking - delivery administration and reporting - management of related master data on JD Edwards System

- creating and monitoring of production plan/program based on customer requirements - monitoring of pre-forging stock, ordering raw materials for daily production - raw material allocation (batch control) - daily consultation with suppliers, customer support and production - making weekly KPI reports

- Customer support - daily connection with key customers (Samsung Electronics Hungary, Samsung Electronics Russia Kaluga, Stanley, Tungsram, Electrolux export). - Analyzing incoming delivery forecasts & incoming purchase orders, introduction of them to the TrenD ERM. - Planning/calculating outgoing delivery forecasts and creating purchase orders to suppliers. - Reporting stock informations and creating invoices in Samsung GSRM system - Keeping contact with the contracted suppliers, follow up the open delivery orders - Supporting the decision making process - Keep contact with other responsible departments (logistics, technology) - Preparing BOM, Production follow up, finished goods delivery, stock level accuracy
