Created scientifically backed exercise program for looking, feeling and becoming younger—internally and externally.

Spearheaded a virtual campaign with the best fitness experts in NYC to raise money for those affected by the war in Ukraine. All money raised was donated to funded a mental health clinic for children affected by the war via www.helpukraine22.org.

Created a January kickstart wellness program for Seniors participating in the Silver Sneakers program.

Created a 3 step program intended to help people recover from both injury and post workout soreness.
