With 40 years of experience in software and infrastructure architecture, software design and software development processes, it is time to change from having a fixed employment to offering my competence on a more flexible basis through my own company, Lovo Consulting AB. I have spent my last five years in the Automotive area working for Arccore AB/Vector Sweden AB having different roles all with a focus on the new standard AUTOSAR Adaptive. Before that I spent 15 years working as an consultant in the system integration domain. An interesting observation is that I wrote my first SOA architecture back in the early 90's when working in the Telecommunication management area, even if it was not called SOA at that time. Then SOA got very popular in the integration area and now it is implemented in the new Automotive standard. As an integration specialist, I am used to develop integration strategies for larger companies and organizations and to design and implement different solutions using various distributed systems and technologies. I am basically a Java and open source guy where I usually have roles as developer, architect, teacher or mentor. But, I am also familiar with Microsoft .NET and knows C# very well and has also worked with embedded systems using languages like C, C++ and Assembler. When it comes to system integration, I am an expert in general and in how to handle integration problems and how to create solid solutions. I have a large experience with the TIBCO product family and I have also worked with products in the BEA (Oracle), IBM WebSphere and Microsoft BizTalk families. As an AUTOSAR Adaptive expert, I have worked with Adaptive platform development, with product management for Adaptive modeling tools, as a workflow architect for Adaptive systems development and design of Adaptive applications. Having these type of roles have given my a lot of experience in Adaptive modelling and implementation of applications using an Adaptive platform. As a person I am very pragmatic, social and focused on the current task. Thanks to my long experience I can also quickly adapt to new environments, systems and new situations.
