Larry Consalvos

Considered an expert in public safety and integrated communications, Larry Consalvos serves as President and Chief Operating Officer of iXP Corporation. A Founding Owner of the New Jersey-based company, he applies his nearly 40 years of experience in law enforcement and business to developing expandable communications infrastructure for public safety agencies, campus safety entities, health care security, and advocacy centers. Larry Consalvos also provides knowledgeable recommendations for public safety practices, outsourcing possibilities, and technology. At iXP Corporation, Larry Consalvos oversees sales, day-to-day operations, and implementation and delivery of public safety solutions and systems for clients. As a key member of the company’s executive leadership team, Consalvos facilitates growth and technology initiatives aimed at achieving iXP’s long-term business objectives. Having helped to launched the company in 2000 as its Senior Vice President of Services and Solutions, he supported its expansion via increased sales and services of as much as 33 percent per year. Throughout his tenure with iXP, his efforts promoted the brand name with public safety and law enforcement entities for state, county, and municipal governments as well as colleges, universities, hospitals, and corporate clients. Prior to joining iXP, Larry Consalvos worked at the technology company Electronic Data Systems in Plano, Texas. As the Managing Director of Public Safety Systems, he oversaw the sales and implementation of communications systems for public safety and emergency response agencies. He also served as Managing Director for MCI Systemhouse International Public Safety Group and as Director of Law and Public Safety Solutions for Honeywell Bull Information Systems.
