With over 25 years of leadership experience in supply chain management, operations, and strategic growth, Larry has been instrumental in driving Ancra Cargo’s innovation and market leadership since joining the company in 2012. Larry began his tenure at Ancra Cargo as Director of Purchasing and Planning, quickly advancing to Director of Operations in 2014, and was promoted to President in 2015. Under his leadership, Ancra Cargo has expanded its product portfolio, introducing groundbreaking solutions like the AutoDeck automated decking system, and relocated to a state-of-the-art headquarters in Hebron, Kentucky, to support accelerated growth. His strategic vision has solidified Ancra Cargo’s reputation for delivering cutting-edge, high-quality products that enhance safety and efficiency across the transportation industry. Prior to Ancra, Larry held senior roles at Hill-Rom, where he served as Director of Global Sourcing and Procurement, and at companies including Harris Corporation, General Electric, and Ferguson Enterprises, amassing deep expertise in aerospace, high-tech manufacturing, and global operations. His career is distinguished by a proven ability to optimize supply chains, foster innovation, and build high-performing teams. Larry holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Cincinnati’s Carl H. Lindner College of Business and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Cincinnati. His commitment to excellence has helped Ancra Cargo earn multiple Top Workplaces honors and maintain its position as an industry pioneer with over 100 patents. As President, Larry continues to steer Ancra Cargo toward a future of innovation, focusing on advanced technologies, sustainability, and customer-centric solutions to meet the evolving needs of the global transportation sector.
