Worked closely with Engineers, GC and Corporate team members to bring job in on time. Installations/service performed on pharmaceutical, research laboratories and colleges. Extensive travel.

Commercial supermarket installation, service and maintenance. Split systems, package rooftop units, rack systems, multiple compressors, open drive, open cases, walk-in and reach-in units.

* BJ’s Wholesale Club Westborough, MA * Mgr of HVAC & Refrigeration Services/Repair & Maintenance * January 2013–Present * Manager of 6 employees * Manage $14M yearly budget for repairs & services for BJ’s Clubs, with individual projects up to $500K * Responsible for HVAC & Refrigeration Services/Repair & Maintenance for 220 existing BJ’s along the Eastern Seaboard * Manage 41 contractors, approving quotes, monitoring job progress to keep costs under control & ensure job is done on time * Manage up to 10-12 on-going projects while overseeing all employees ongoing jobs * Approve all job quotes & invoices * Project cost control; continually sourcing vendors & products to keep costs under control & ensure BJ’s is using the most energy efficient & innovative equipment * Opening approx 7-10 new clubs a year, incl; approving Blue Prints for HVAC, Refrigeration and Electrical work being installed. * Sourcing contractors locally, setting up site coordination.
