· Managed multiple Production contracts delivering 10 systems, including the first Low-Rate Initial Production (LRIP) MP-RTIP systems, concurrent with an ongoing System Design and Development (SDD) phase. · Responsible for P&L with $140M+ of revenue with profit and loss responsibility. · Delivered year-over-year profit increases by developing strong relationships with factories critical to the production line, leveraging lessons learned from parallel product lines to achieve greater build synergy. · Consistently achieved 100% on-time delivery (OTD) following the completion of Qualification Testing. · Successfully proposed and negotiated a Firm/ Fixed Price (FFP) contract for 5 systems.

Manager III, Program Management
· Managed all aspects of the MP-RTIP Antenna Subsystem including the oversight of engineering, supply chain, quality and manufacturing across multiple Raytheon sites. · Responsible for the overall cost, schedule and technical performance of the Antenna subsystem including accountability for metrics ranging from Technical Performance Measures (TPMs), Key Performance Parameters (KPPs), Schedule/ Cost Performance Indices (SPI/ CPI), cycle time, material procurement metrics, and Lines of Balance (LOBs). · Managed Antenna risk and opportunity development, including execution of mitigation plans and capture activities. · Led multiple production proposal activities in coordination with senior leadership to secure new business for ISRS.

· Managed a team of over 30 bidders to develop a proposal for multiple production Lots with multiple quantity options. · Developed successful strategy for a production lot capture. Presented proposal approach to senior and executive leadership. · Successfully submitted a fully TINA-compliant, certified proposal on time in support of Customer needs and objectives.
