* Banking, processing bank deposits. All associated finance entries. * Processing Employee expense reports, verifying expenses are within the company guidelines, correcting errors, questioning abnormal expenses and entering into the finance system. * Invoice creation and distribution when required. * Filing and records retention. * Verify that transactions comply with financial policies and procedures. * Prepare manual cheques as and when required. * Print and distribute monthly financial reports. * Designs, prepares, and maintains spreadsheets using basic mathematical calculations. * Files and/or removes records and reports. * Maintain inventory files. * Maintain a filing system for all financial documents. * Ensure the confidentiality and security of all financial and employee files

* Maintaining Employee data and updating the Company System. * Processes, verifies and maintains personnel-related documentation, including staffing, recruitment, training, classifications and employee leaves of absence. * Arrange medical appointment & Fingerprint Scanning of new employees: collect original passport; update schedule and send to projects/departments. * Fill out an online application form from MOI website for employees who passed the medical test; update schedule and send to projects/departments to inform concerned employees. * Follow up all pending medical and fingerprint results & communicate further with concerned employees. * Update the list of policies & regulations applied or published by Government agencies. * Respond to emails and inquiries addressed to the PRO section by employees. * Provide translation assistance occasionally to PROs who are not highly conversant with English. * Perform other duties as assigned
