Led transformation at the Lang Center, helping to propel CBS from #7 to #4 nationally in number of venture-backed founders (PitchBook). Grew the student founder community 6x through expanded and redesigned programming. Launched cornerstone initiatives including Columbia Build Lab and Columbia Venture Fellows; led an overhaul of the Summer Startup Track incubator - now the Center’s most in-demand program. Deepened relationships with alumni and the greater NYC community through expanded on-campus engagement opportunities and a series of ecosystem events in partnership with corporate sponsors.

Founded and led the Insights & Planning department, bringing together customer behavior with emerging technology trends to create and launch high impact digital initiatives. Responsible for growing Department revenue from an internal support group into a free-standing business with a multimillion dollar revenue stream and staff of twelve. Clients include Coca-Cola Company (awarded AOR for social listening), Kraft, Estee Lauder, Mattel and JCPenney. 360i has been named the #1 digital agency in the country by AdAge over multiple years.

Led the strategic vision of client engagements and directed cross-functional teams in the development of digital roadmaps to achieve client business and brand objectives.
