As an Account Recruiting Manager, I specialize in both the recruiting space and business development/client facing space. Like my previous role as a Technical Recruiter, I continue to source, screen, and place top engineering talent at some of the most prestigious clients in the Greater Seattle area. In this role, I am also involved with interacting directly with the clients and stakeholders to ensure I am providing them with the most qualified candidates for their need.

I specifically support our Technical Microsoft and Amazon accounts within the recruiting space for our Large Accounts office. I specialize in placing contract vendors in skillsets such as Electrical Engineers, Electrical Design Engineers, Software Engineers, Technical PM’s, Engineering/Test Technicians, Reliability Engineers/Technicians, and Mechanical Engineers. For Microsoft, I normally support the Windows Devices Groups which consists of the Surface, Xbox, Hololens, Azure, and Quantum Computing teams. For Amazon, I support AWS, Prime Air, and teams within Project Kuiper. Some of my main responsibilities include: - Sourcing top talent using resources including advanced Boolean search strings, referrals, networking contacts, career fairs, universities, industry specific associations and internal databases -Utilizing internal databases to identify potential candidates -Administering third party software development/coding assessments to potential software engineering candidates in common objected oriented languages: Java, Python, C languages (C, C++, C#) -Understanding technical vocabulary and knowledge of Electrical Engineering, Software Engineering, and Embedded Systems experience in order to screen top candidates -Communicating with clients and managers to qualify what is needed in order to find their ideal candidate -Developing creative recruiting tactics to attract candidates -Conduct personal interviews, skills testing, reference checks and background investigations -Present job opportunities to qualified candidates and negotiates salaries/benefits with contractors -Assist in preparing resumes for clients to review -Coach candidates through the client interview process (including interview preparations, debriefs, and technical feedback) -Build quality relationships with contract employees and clients through weekly meetings -Manage and supervise current contract, contract-to-hire and direct placement employees
