Lange Carter founded Law Counsel in 2011. Before launching Law Counsel, Lange was the Area Manager and a leading sales producer for the largest legal staffing organization in the world. Lange started her career in the industry with an attorney owned staffing agency that she helped grow into one of the most respected legal agencies in the nation. As Lange advanced in her profession, she remained active in recruiting, sales and project management. In addition to over 19 years of experience, Lange brings her energy, passion and commitment to Law Counsel. It is Lange’s dedication to clients and candidates that has established her stellar reputation in the profession. In her spare time, you will find Lange on her bike or in the pool. She is an All American age group triathlete having completed over 77 triathlons (including 2 Ironmans) and 5 Marine Corp marathons.
