Collaborated with multiple departments across the organization to ensure programs and budgets are communicated effectively. •Executed annual IMP, DIMP, cathodic protection, and operational compliance strategy with a focus on Colorado and Wyoming operating areas. •Responsible for the strategic development and execution of annual integrity spend to support regulatory strategies. •Instituted the first company Esri geospatial WebMaps allowing employee to manage spatial data centrally within their respective areas. The approach increased user functionality, communication, and strengthened confidence in the annual work plan. •Instituted a new relative risk model to strengthen the IMP strategy. Successfully mapped and documented data sources to attain appropriate resistance, exposure, and mitigation actions driving budgetary decisions. •Possess a mature knowledge of CFR 192 and ASME B31.8 and B31.8s requirements, construction and engineering standards, compliance requirements, Geographical Information System (GIS) platforms, and project management.

Managed the integrity of SourceGas gas distribution and transmission systems. Responsible for annual strategy of integrity management programs (IMP and DIMP), and cathodic protection across the organization to ensure system safety and reliability. Collaborated with multiple departments across the organization to ensure programs and budgets were communicated effectively. •Primary responsibilities: Strategic planning of the Integrity capital and O&M budget, executive team review, aging infrastructure replacement programs, risk assessment, operational risk reduction, system piggability, departmental goals, regulatory recovery, project development and management, audit preparation. •Completed 180 miles of MFL and Caliper In-Line Inspection (ILI) assessments and led 67 validation digs. •Engineered and implemented aging infrastructure replacement program for high risk assets addressing 635 miles of Top Of Ground (TOG) pipe in Nebraska, Colorado and Wyoming. •Initiated, bid and executed a high accuracy GPS survey of all 3,400 miles of transmission pipeline to strengthen system knowledge and integrity. •Successfully implemented a repeatable Maximum Allowable Operating Pressure (MAOP) process involving Engineering review and GIS integration of Verifiable, Traceable and Complete (VTC) records for the 2012 annual PHMSA report and beyond. •Instrumental in the successful implementation of SourceGas’s first forward-looking regulatory System Safety Integrity Rider (SSIR) rate mechanism allowing SourceGas to recover spend at an accelerated rate in Colorado. •Elected primary integrity witness for SSIR. Prepared complex technical SSIR documentation of qualifying projects along with supporting testimony. Provided guidance and technical documents for additional Regulatory filings: LB 658 of Nebraska and Act 310 of Arkansas.

Responsible for the implementation and management of IMP and DIMP programs for CO, NE, and WY. •Primary responsibilities: Budget, Risk Analysis, High Consequence Area (HCA) analysis, Threat Identification, Baseline Assessment Plan (BAP), Pipeline Assessment projects (ILI, Pressure Test), NDE/NDT Project Management, Class Location and Leaks database analysis, Corrosion analysis, and Preventative and Mitigative Measures. •Well versed in PODS model for transmission pipeline data management, ESRI for distribution pipeline data management, along with Trimble/CartoPac for GPS data collection. •Engineered process controls for both transmission and distribution integrity programs to manage, schedule, track, and document annual integrity activities.

•Responsible for the management of IMP and DIMP programs for CO, NE, and WY •Primary responsibilities: Risk Analysis, High Consequence Area (HCA) analysis, Threat Identification, Baseline Assessment Plan (BAP), Pipeline Assessment projects (ILI, Pressure Test), NDE/NDT Project Management, and Leaks database analysis •Successfully completed 80 miles of MFL In-Line Inspection (ILI) runs along with completing five tethered ILI inspections. Introduced robotic camera inspection to SourceGas in 2010 •Managed 50+ confirmatory anomaly digs including NDT testing (magnetic particle and x-ray) and documentation •Successfully completed Integrity HCA assessment though pressure testing

•Experienced in determining pipeline design (CFR 192.105), Maximum Allowable Operation Pressure (MAOP) validation (CFR 192.619), and class location analysis (CFR 192.5) using the sliding mile and clustering definitions •Provided engineering analysis on pipeline design projects executing hydraulic pipeline modeling scenarios to determine system throughput and capacity analysis •Reviewed project design to ensure projects were completed in accordance with applicable standards and procedures •Other responsibilities: Gas Loss, Line Lowering, HD Drilling, Wheel Load, Blasting and SMYS Calculations •Executed transmission peak day load forecasting model.
