Landon Bryant

I am the Visual Art instructor at Laurel Magnet School of the Arts, Mississippi's Arts Educator of the Year, Mississippi's Youth Arts Coordinator, and I serve on the Teacher Advisory Board for the Lauren Rogers Museum of Art. I specialize in the standards-based and data-driven integration of arts and academics. I lead professional developments for educators and administrators where I explicitly demonstrate how to increase student achievement through the integration of arts and academics. Beyond the classroom, I am the author of "Bless Your Heart: A Field Guide to All Things Southern" and a nationally recognized speaker who brings humor, heart, and Southern storytelling to stages across the country. As the creator behind @landontalks, I share content celebrating Southern culture, traditions, and the everyday moments that make the South uniquely special — reaching hundreds of thousands of followers online. Whether I'm in a classroom, on a stage, or in front of a camera, my mission is the same: connect people through authentic storytelling and a shared sense of place.
