Dave Holcomb, RPL

Dave began his career in Information Technology and transitioned into the Upstream & Midstream Sectors of the Oil & Gas Industry as an Independent Landman in 2006. He successfully managed multiple projects nationwide overseeing title, leasing, regulatory, due diligence, and curative work. He served as Project Manager, overseeing title & acquisition agents while providing client relations for Wind, Solar, Pipeline, Oil & Gas, Telecommunication & Transportation projects. With his drive for success, he proceeded through management, with a promotion to Director of Land Management in July of 2021 and Vice President of a Land Brokerage in December of 2021. As of February 2025, Dave is now leveraging his 20+ years of experience and expertise across the Oil & Gas, Renewable, and Right-of-Way industries to focus his efforts as a consulting landman, aiming to provide enhanced service to the energy sector. Dave is a Registered Professional Landman (RPL), and active member of the AAPL and of the IRWA (International Right-of-Way Association). Proficient at online data systems such as, Quorum, TotaLand, Tracts.co, iLandman, etc.
