Accountable for increasing overall contribution through proper management of monetary outlays and other pertinent aspects of store’s P&L statement including but not limited to payroll, benefits, and gross margin. I am responsible for driving increased sales and other pertinent metrics i.e., units per transaction, transaction size and customer satisfaction in order to grow sales and maintain market share as well as the establishment of a positive working environment which contributes to the positive morale of my staff.
