Main responsibilities: - Be in charge of Indirect procurement, from both local and oversea; - Manage Product Categories: MRO, Facilities, Machine Apparatus, Production Consumables, etc; - Perform the whole procurement procedure (procure-to-pay process); - Define and implement Sourcing Strategies: Evaluating quotation, analyzing cost components, proposing and negotiating to get the best offer; - Run the tender for supplier selection; - Drive Purchase Order and Contract; - Follow up on the status of orders implemention to ensure timely delivery, solve claims for failure or undeliverable goods by suppliers if neccessary; - Manage Project Procurement aligned with project process, follow to ensure project meet cashed-out timeline: Automation Machine, Construction Building, Equipments and tools for production line; - Run bid process for selling capital asset/scrap in accordance with the internal policy ; - Manage Supplier Relationship: Build-up relationships with local suppliers, preferred supplier identification, supplier performance evaluation. Achievements Gained: - Manage to achieve the annual KPIs target of procurement: cost-saving, optimize sourcing process operation; enhance development objective and selft-capabillity - Balance supply and demand: Get the best deliverables meet all requirements at efficient total costs - Contribute to improve better business relationship with the partners. Skills gained: - Good skills in stakeholder management & negotiation; - Procurement process, supplier performance management, contract management; - Ability to work under pressure, and manage time efficiently to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment; - Good command of English and have experience of working with foreigner in daily operation; - Analytical and critical thinking, problem-solving skills; - High level of team-work skill with good ability to motivate team members; - Utilization of Ariba, SAP.

- Managed pre-event planning (including timelines, venues, suppliers, and budgets); - Researched venues, suppliers then negotiate prices and hire; - Managed and coordinated event logistics.
