To be a boss and to be a leader which is harder and which is more necessary in an enterprise? They both play their roles in the the organization but the same thing they must do is to manage the human resources to ensure the most effective utilization of the people they have. People are the most worthy resource of the enterprise which can leverage the business but also can ruin it. What I am proud of is not the 21 years working experience in service industry at different levels but the success of putting right people at the right places where they perform their improving abilities with enthusiasm. My success is measured by the success of people around me.
