About
Recently completed a Masters in Finance from Norwich Business School at the University of East Anglia, gaining expertise in investment analysis and financial management. The CFA-Affiliated degree offers a particular focus on Corporate Governance, Compliance and Risk Management within a fast-evolving ESG-orinentated industry. I had a keen interest in Ethical Theory during my undergraduate degree in Philosophy, specialising in Bioethics and Environmental Philosophy. I performed strongly in and thoroughly enjoyed Continental Philosophy, reading Nietzsche, Rousseau, and Hume in depth. I have worked extensively with Universify Education, an educational-access charity which aims to make higher education more accessible for students from underrepresented socio-economic groups. This has been immensely rewarding and an important development process for my leadership skills.

Humanities/Humanistic Studies
My Erasmus experience provided a break from the rigorous structure of my degree in York, but it also provided the most incredible opportunity to expand my intellectual horizons. In the Humanities Department at Lund University I undertook modules in Swedish Film, Religion & Politics, Globalisation in the Pre-Modern World, as well as philosophy modules in Language, and Morality. Swedish Film was certainly my favourite module, allowing me to gain an understanding of Swedish culture and history, how it changed with the innovation of new filming technology, and how socio-political and economic issues influences themes and trends within the Swedish Film Industry. It was a natural love-affair for a self-confessed "film buff". My time in Sweden was brought to an abrupt end with the emergence of the Covid-19 Pandemic in March 2020.
