• Manage Amideast’s social media presence across Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn, driving consistent follower growth. • Lead digital campaigns to promote Amideast programs, including YES Abroad, RISE, NSLIY, English courses, and tests. • Create and produce diverse content, including filming, designing, video editing, and animating. • Generate monthly reports detailing social media performance, engagement metrics, and conversion rates. • Defining the communication policy: - Defining the project's communication strategy. - Outlining the communications plan and the necessary actions. - Determining the budget for project communications. - Monitoring, evaluating, and reporting communication-related actions. - Proofreading and validating the project's externally produced materials. • Graphic design: - Designing the graphic charter. - Designing of support materials, such as newsletters, sheets, kakemonos, posters, catalogs, and templates. - Creating and maintaining artists portfolios (photos, CVs, press kits, artistic projects and achievements, artistic vision). • Social media and public relations: - Thematic monitoring, press release drafting, journalist reception, follow-up, press review, database updating. - Animation of the project's social networks. - In charge of the project's institutional communication (drafting of briefs and articles on the project, press releases, follow-up of publications in the national and international press). - Assistance in identifying and supporting production teams (production staff, sound engineers, studios). - Co-organization of project-related events.

• Assisting the Youth & communications specialist with a variety of projects that focus on social innovation, sustainable development goals, youth engagement and inclusion. • Participating in the development and implementation of new communication strategies. • Producing material for social media platforms. • Translating content from Arabic to French and vice versa.

YES program is a full year program and Language Initiative for Youth Virtual Summer Intensive (NSLI-Y VSI) is a five week program that assists American high schoolers participants to acquire foreign language skills in Arabic and Darija through the intercultural learning. As a Virtual Cultural Exchange Partner I was required to help these students in their learning journey and to acquire the knowledge needed to contribute meaningfully in a culturally diverse world.

- My duties as a regional coordinator for the 1000 Fikra program included: • Assisting with monitoring and the he follow-up of incubated projets. • Preparing the bimonthly reporting on incubation activity and the progress of incubated projects. • Planning and organizing incubation activities, bootcamps, trainings, and work meetings, between startups and mentors, experts, trainers and consultants. • Assisting the communication team with the implementation of their communication strategy and working together to promote projects. • Updating contact databases related to the 1000 Fikra program.

• Assisting the national coordinator in evaluating the projects from six regions that were incubated. • Assisting the six regional coordinators in maintaining the projects in their area. • Writing reports on the progress of the projects. • Analyzing the difficulties and obstacles that the projects are encountering in each region.
