Laman Mirzaliyeva

As the Lead HR Specialist at Azerbaijan Business Development Fund (ABDF), I manage the human resources for the organization, which supports the growth and development of entrepreneurs and startups in Azerbaijan. I previously worked as a Specialist of the Department of Partners Relations at the same organization. I have a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from Azerbaijan State University of Economics, and also graduated Master of Business Administration from Istanbul University, with a focus on strategic management and leadership. I have skills in human resources, partners relations, communication, negotiation, and project management. I'm passionate about human resources, entrepreneurship, and social change, and I strive to create a positive and inclusive work environment that fosters collaboration, diversity and excellence.
