Specialist in monitoring and Backup Solution + Providing oversight and in-depth technical expertise on Monitoring and Backup Solution projects. + Actively participating in the planning and implementation of systems and related hardware. + Assessing and recommending architectural designs/changes to customer systems in response to business or technical drivers. + Contacting customers about solutions including presentation of design and deployment strategies. + Writing proposals and develop technical documentation. + Serving as liaison to vendors (e.g. Microsoft, Symantec, CA, HP…etc.) to facilitate problem resolution. + Providing advanced troubleshooting for Monitoring and Backup solution Lead of IT Outsourcing – IT Services: - Data center services (including: Co-location, Technical support, Manged Services, Relocation services) - IT infrastructure manage service based on ITIL/ ISO27001 (including: NOC 24/7/365, Contract Center, System and application monitoring, VoIP, Servers, OS, Network infrastructure management – Router, Swtich, Firewall, IPS, IDS…, Backup and storage, Database management, Vitualization…) - IT service management based on ITIL (Incident management, request management, problem management, change management, configuration management, availability management, event management, capacity management, reporting)
