- Designing and developing New Product Projects: + Working with Sales and Marketing to understand unique selling points and specifications for new products. + Choosing ingredients which have suitable technological properties and complied with related food safety regulations (Vienamese standards, CODEX, US FDA, JECFA, EFSA, …). + Building production process and process parameters (designing and running Lab test, pilot plant and analysing test reports), transiting processes to factory for commercial run. - Having an overview in F&B market: brief view of the market and top trend in F&B industry. - Good knowledge in Vietnam and other region's regulations: related in ingredients and product's specifications (health claims, content claims, …) when registered/ launched a new product in Vietnam or export (China, Philippines, Thailand, …).

Depthly known in manufacturing process, planning and organizing production as well as practicing with Quality Management Systems (ISO 9001, FSSC 22000).
