• Manage the timeline/ schedule in creating sample from Prototype to Confirmation Sample, • Checking the 2D, 3D files, follow up mould creating process to assure the mould be created correctly. • Cooperation with Sample Room and Pattern Room to assure sample be created follow concept. • Assure fit and wear result of sample size be released on time. • Assure all FGT tests and material tests be released on time.

• Lead the grading process from sample size to extreme size, assure the fit and wear performance be released on time • Lead the full-size grading, production trial, assure the readiness of mass production catch up the business calendar. • Collaborate with development team to assure Finish Good Testing be released on time. • Assure Tier 1 and Tier 2 vendors obey Restricted Substances List by managing RSL reports. • Provide technical support to cross-functional team: 2D, 3D understanding, SOP reasonability, fit & wear improvement, continuous improvement, cost efficiency, production problem –solving. • Developed and maintained documentation and standard operating procedures related to the commercialization process, ensuring consistency and knowledge transfer across teams.

• Develop and implement comprehensive quality control procedures and standards, ensuring that all footwear products met established quality benchmarks. • Conduct thorough inspections and audits of production processes, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions to enhance product quality and consistency. • Collaborate with production teams to provide training on quality control procedures, fostering a culture of quality consciousness and adherence to best practices. • Lead cross-functional teams to investigate and resolve quality-related issues, working collaboratively to address root causes and prevent future occurrences. • Checking daily products test results and production raw material test result. • Manage the timeline/ schedule from commercialization stage to production stage. • Assure fit and wear test pass on time. • Set up plan to run full-size trial in production to catch up bulk production calendar. • Ensure the grading to extreme size and full size can keep the outlook and styling requirements as the confirmed sample. • Resolve any fitting problems with new design ideas, achieving a fit &wear approved. • Co-ordinate with Sample Room to create and complete the SOP for new styles. • Manage the creation of product handover packages, ensuring the accuracy and completeness of the information provided. • Hand-over transferred process from other factory, proceed trial process for bulk production. • Studying issues happen in production for developing improvement way. • Seeking changes to reduce product cost without compromising the design concept by Eliminate-Reduce-Combine process.
