Providing Tech. Support in Body and Bumper Paint shop as shift wise. Good skill developed for measurement of COLOUR VALUE, Conductivity, Appearance SW & LW, Gloss, %Solids, Tinting, New batch panel testing and other Quality process parameter. Paint relative defect troubleshooting as – colour mismatch (Body vs Bumper), popping, pinholes, crater etc. Good aware of all testing procedures, lab equipment, paint consumption tracking & customer complaint handling. Involve in development of new product introduction with effective process approach for maintaining quality standards and relevant parameters and good communication skill. Ensure all products quality should be as per defined standards and also achieve Production Target. Troubleshooting for day-to-day Line issues. Strong PR with customer for help to achieve new business and problem solving attitude.
