Created and uplifted mall brand value by bringing in twenty new international and national brands during the pandemic and retaining existing ones. Designed and implemented innovative projects on environmental sustainability, female child education and mental health awareness. Generated revenue by leasing stores, kiosks, warehouse spaces and by making key strategic business decisions Helped mall retailers to navigate business through thick and thin of the Covid-19 pandemic. Strategised future approaches to minimise adverse impact. Ensured safety of mall patrons and employees.

Primarily ensured smooth operations of the mall through effective management of various operational departments. Looked into modernisation of food court and other outlet changes, and made use of unused mall space by setting up rotational kiosks. Brought about change in operations by implementing cross-team training program. Hosted regular meetings with clients and tenants for advertisements/marketing of their brand.

Executed the responsibilities of a tax analyst such as processing service tax and refund claims for Fortune 500 Firms. Spearheaded GST returns - performed GST compliance and advisory services for clients during the roll-out and implementation phase of GST in India, which was major value addition as it was a new subject for the whole country!
