I played a crucial role in building and establishing the India office of BIAS, a U.S.-based IT consulting firm headquartered in Atlanta, Georgia (Acquired by Deloitte). Starting from scratch, I was actively involved in setting up offices across Hyderabad and Chennai, and successfully grew the workforce from zero to over 150 personnel. This involved not only recruiting the right talent but also ensuring the seamless integration of various functions such as finance, operations, and internal HR systems to support the company's rapid expansion. In my capacity as HR and Operations Head for BIAS India, I took charge of the end-to-end recruitment process, which included sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding talent. My responsibilities extended beyond recruitment to also overseeing vendor management, where I handled both the requisition and supply sides of vendor relations. I played a significant role in sales efforts, partnering with senior management to help our services footprint.
