* Pizzazz systems were supporting a client using the ASE15 based DST HiPerformace portfolio performance-calculating package and my primary task was to use the extensive DST HiP experience that I had gained at Citigroup (2004-06) to act as a DST consultant. My achievements were: * Identify and resolve risks to data integrity using stored procedures and ksh scripts * Design UAT test procedures to prove new DST data feeds perform to specification * Successfully migrate cleaned data into ASE15/DST using data migration tools I developed using ksh and stored procedures * Advise on database size/performance implications of having more asset classes in DST * Socket and pthreads C++ wrapper API’s that return system call failures via exceptions * A multithreaded client/server application based on the API’s for processing client messages

My primary task was to ensure that the department was Y2K compliant within the given tight timeframe. I achieved this by porting all C++, C/db lib, stored procedures and perl/script based reconciliation and extract programs from SunOS SYBASE 10 to SOLARIS 2.6 SYBASE 11/ct-lib.
