Managed large-scale inventory across two warehouses, supervising a team of 4 Store Assistants and 15 Store Helpers to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. Streamlined processes to reduce operational costs and improve efficiency.

Successfully managed warehouse operations with a limited workforce during the COVID-19 pandemic, ensuring safety, continuity, and uninterrupted operations.

In 2017, following a management restructure, I took over the Stores Department. I streamlined warehouse operations by recruiting and training subordinates, implementing standardized processes, and improving overall efficiency and inventory control.

Improved production efficiency by streamlining workflows and coordinating with production planning and marketing teams to ensure timely and optimized output.

Managed raw material inventory to maximize production output with minimal discrepancies. Completed an eight-month specialized vocational training programme, gaining hands-on experience across the full flexible packaging manufacturing process, including printing, laminating, and extrusion, with cross-functional exposure to production and quality control processes.

Entry-level role that formed the foundation of my career in warehouse and inventory operations. Gained practical experience in receiving, storage, stock records, and documentation.
