Maintain and extend a sound theoretical approach in enabling the introduction and exploitation of new and advancing technology and other relevant developments. Test and verify hardware and support peripherals to ensure that they meet specifications and requirements, analyzing and recording test data. Monitor functioning of equipment and make necessary modifications to ensure system operates in conformance with specifications. Analyze information to determine, recommend, and plan layout, including type of computers and peripheral equipment modifications. Build, test and modify product prototypes, using working models or theoretical models constructed using computer simulation. Responsible for ensuring a balance between the best technical solutions, and solutions that deliver long term benefit to the organization.

I am responsible for authorizing higher education programmes that meet the educational requirements of the UK Standard for Professional Engineering Competence (UK-SPEC). I review program content, delivery and include areas such as relevance, coherence, challenge, assessment, staffing, quality assurance and resources. I authorize Individuals with awards from accredited programmes, which helps to reduce some or all of the detailed assessment of the educational requirements required for Chartered Engineer or Incorporated Engineer registration.

I am functioning as an Executive Committee Member of the BCS - SL Section

I advise candidates who apply for Chartered Status and Fellow Status, to complete their applications and to present their experience, qualification and case to the panel in a way that will assist their assessment. Provide advice according to EC UK, IET UK, particularly when a candidate for professional registration has been unsuccessful. I arrange and conduct the interviews Chartered and Fellow level, guide interviewers, prepare the final reports and provide recommendation on the competence level of the candidates. Conduct seminars to a minimum of 100 industry professional engineers every year.

Evaluate and authorize applications, conduct initial reviews, synopsis reviews and technical report reviews for statuses of The Chartered Engineer, Chartered Scientist, Chartered IT Professional, Incorporated Engineer and Chartered Fellow. I conduct Interviews for Technical Report Review Interviews (TRI) and Professional Reviews Interviews (PRI) for below mentioned internationally recognized professional registrations status.
