After more than 10 years in JABLOTRON and long time in C-level positions, my mission is to lead the company into its next era. I am focused on building upon our 36-year legacy through strategic alignment and organizational excellence.

Leading a team of over 200 professionals in research and development, I focus on fostering innovation, seamless teamwork, and delivering real customer value. I build environments where open communication, collaboration, and continuous learning thrive, and I believe in leadership rooted in personal accountability and leading by example. My goal is to ensure our solutions combine cutting-edge and proven technologies with tangible real-world impact.

Leading a strategic transformation, my focus has been on modernizing JABLOTRON CLOUD Services from a traditional, family-run business into a performance-driven technology company. My primary mission has been to professionalize development processes, promote transparent communication, and cultivate a growth mindset within teams. This transition has involved: - Leading team transformation by implementing clear role definitions and accountability structures. - Overseeing the design and execution of a full product lifecycle approach (discovery, delivery, adoption) to enhance operational efficiency. - Building a culture of continuous improvement, where team members are encouraged to take ownership and actively contribute to the company’s long-term vision.

Continuing the strategy I set in motion at JABLOTRON ALARMS, I further advanced the transformation of our software architecture at JABLOTRON CLOUD Services. My focus remained on evolving our system from a monolithic structure to a modern, scalable microservices architecture while maintaining a high pace of development. Over time, I also assumed responsibility for operations, where I developed a strategy for ensuring high-quality, cost-effective operations that would support the company’s long-term sustainability and growth. Key responsibilities and achievements: - Continued strategic transformation from monolith to a microservices architecture, ensuring scalability and system resilience. - Took ownership of operations management, designing and implementing a strategy that balanced operational excellence with cost efficiency. - Integrated development and operations, removing silos between two previously isolated teams, fostering collaboration and significantly improving system performance and delivery.

As Head of Software Engineering at JABLOTRON ALARMS, I initiated the foundational work for modernizing our software architecture, focusing on the transformation from a legacy PHP monolith to a microservices architecture. This transformation was essential for improving system scalability, maintainability, and enabling faster, more reliable development cycles. I led the development team through this complex architectural shift while ensuring the uninterrupted delivery of new features to support the company’s growth. Key responsibilities and achievements: - Architected the transition from a monolithic structure to microservices, laying the groundwork for scalable, modular software development. - Led the strategic planning and early execution of the refactoring process, setting the stage for continuous improvements. - Collaborated with cross-functional teams to balance forward development demands with long-term technical upgrades, ensuring business continuity throughout the transition.
