Scope of employment: - Active support of salesmen in business activities at client. - Control and starting new projects and general knowledge of all realized projects in division. - Participation in management of projects - active participation in project management, procedure revisions (QA). - Creation of offers and presentations. - Filling financial budget of division including QSTB (Quality, Scope, Time, Budget); - Communication with central and resource units. - Supervision and help with assuring necessary resources (people, HW, rooms, etc.) for business occasions and projects. - Responsibility for preparation of managerial outputs for a superordinate (Status Assessment, Portal UP). - Motivation of subordinate employees . - Delivery capacity of human resources according to demand from client.
