I have extensive experience working in the grass-roots, non-profit arts community; my role working as the Program Director for The HALO Foundation has allowed me to develop skills relating to leadership, program management, youth support, community outreach, and fundraising in Kansas City. I have also worked with communities around the globe including Uganda, Kenya, India, Mexico and Nicaragua. My insight into these communities has allowed me to develop a deeper knowledge of the importance of the arts in individual lives and whole communities.
