Unlike typical job descriptions, this one will not mention specific tools, because a true leader excels in what they do regardless of the resources used. As a Tech Lead, my main role was to serve as a reference for my team, both as an individual and as a professional leader. In this position, I faced the greatest challenge of my IT career alongside my colleagues: we built a telecommunications platform from scratch in record time. It was 45 intense days of learning, challenges, and a lot of coffee. Today, this project serves as the core of the MVNO system at Pagtel. During this project, I navigated the dual roles of leader and programmer. I am proud to say that, despite all the challenges and the pressure of tackling such a massive undertaking, the project succeeded. My greatest pride was in training new team members, taking on enormous responsibilities, and making decisive decisions that not only led to the project's success but also preserved the team—especially during the turbulent times of the pandemic, when news of exhausted professionals and burnout was all too common. Although this was not my first leadership experience, it was undoubtedly the most impactful, a true turning point that propelled my management career.

## Summary of activities Responsible for implementing the DevOps culture in the company, implemented Docker as a development tool and with Docker the migration of application servers to Linux. Mainly responsible for the implementation of methodologies like Clean Architecture, Conventional Commits and GitFlow. ## Main case Responsible for the architecture and development of the delivery optimization project for white label sites. To develop this project I used NodeJs with Typescript as backend, on the front end I used NextJs to optimize content delivery.
