L. Ron Pringle is a nationally recognized nonprofit leader with over 25 years of experience transforming food systems through equity, innovation, and community partnership. As President & CEO of Inter-Faith Food Shuttle, he has led groundbreaking programs in workforce development, local agriculture, and nutrition security. A U.S. Air Force veteran and graduate of Springfield College, Ron is known for his authentic leadership, strategic foresight, and deep commitment to serving with dignity and purpose. He serves on several national and regional boards, including Feeding America’s National Council and the United Way of the Triangle. In May 2020 Ron became the President & CEO of the Inter-Faith Food Shuttle in Raleigh, NC. Here he continues to serve his community, speaking on behalf of those underserved, improving their quality of life through transformational programs and services. As an experienced leader, he is skilled at developing, optimizing, motivating, and leading highly effective work teams.
