With over 13 years of work experience in the life science industry, I am a passionate and visionary leader who drives digital transformation and innovation. My mission is to leverage technology and data to create value for patients, customers, and stakeholders. My field of expertise is innovation and technology management, which I have studied and practiced at prestigious institutions such as KAIST, NYU Stern, and K-VIC. I am currently the Digital Transformation Lead/CIO at Samsung Bioepis, a leading biopharmaceutical company in Korea. In my current role, I am responsible for establishing the vision and strategy for the digital era, as well as ensuring the information security and compliance of the organization. I have led various enterprise digital initiatives, such as SAP S4/Hana upgrade, Veeva QMS, eTMF, and CTMS implementation, and Emerson MES upgrade strategy. I have also sponsored and facilitated innovation projects that leverage data analytics, internet infrastructure, and mobile app development. I have strong cross-functional and analytical skills, and I enjoy collaborating and partnering with diverse stakeholders to deliver impactful solutions.
