I’m driven by the opportunity to reshape how we think about waste, soil and value. As Co-Founder and Managing Director of Ocean2Earth, I lead the development of solutions at the intersection of regenerative agriculture, circular economy and regional development. We design and deliver biological inputs that are practical, scalable and designed to work with nature rather than against it, transforming organic waste streams into high-performing agricultural products for real farm conditions. My focus spans product innovation, market development and operational execution. We have built supply chains that flow seamlessly from seafood and forestry by-products into regenerative inputs used across diverse agricultural and horticultural systems. We collaborate closely with farmers, researchers and regional industries to develop solutions that deliver both agronomic performance and long-term soil health. As a business leader, I’m committed to building systems that are both commercially viable and environmentally restorative. I’m passionate about reducing reliance on synthetic inputs and delivering biological tools that support resilient, profitable farming into the future.
